Incorporated in the year 2020, Jain Foods Processing Pvt. Ltd. is reckoned as a reputable supplier of high-quality pulses in Nepal. Our pulses are evaluated in accordance with strict quality control standards to retain their nutritional values, flavor, purity, etc. Our factory's processing capabilities are versatile in nature. With a capacity of 2.5 TPH (Tons Per Hour), it is adept in processing various lentils such as,

Canadian Red Lentil (Musuro/Masoor Dal),
Chick Pea (Chana Dal),
Yellow Pea Split (Matar Dal),
Black Gram Lentil (Urad/Mas Dal),
Green Gram (Mung/Moong Dal).

Company Management

In such a short period of time, this company has generated roughly 25 new employment opportunities. We are confident that as we expand, we will inevitably create more. These people are employed both directly and indirectly.

As a company we wish to support and boost our countries economic health, so we have purposefully chosen to split up the purchase of raw materials 50/50. 50% will be purchased domestically to promote and support Nepali farmers, and the other 50% will be imported from nations that specialize in dals, like Australia, Canada, Myanmar, and Ukraine.

Producing Premium Quality Pulses

Step 1

Pre-Cleaning

In the process of pre cleaning the raw material is pre cleaned to remove impurities like stones and dust particles with specialized de-stoner machine installed in the plant.

Step 2

Drying and cooling

It is transferred to a dryer to reduce the moisture level from the dryer it is taken to cooling bins, which maintains the moisture level.

Step 3

De-husking

In de-husking process the outer cover of the raw material is removed by passing it through several hulls. In this process some grains split into two. It is transferred to a dryer.

Step 4

Splitting and grading

After the drying process is over the grains, which are not, yet split are put into a splitting machine. The pulses then undergo grading where it is graded based on grain size.

Step 5

Sorting

After grading the pulses according to the size, it goes on to the color sorter machine where the grain is sorted according to the color. Impurities are removed, and only grains of a preset color are allowed to go further.

Step 6

Packing

After the product is properly cleaned and processed it is packed in 25 Kg BOPP Sacks. It is important to use proper and reliable packaging as it represents the brand and product quality.
